Who is responsible for your data

Future Dzire Academy, a sports and education academy in Algiers, is responsible for processing your data. For any question, please speak to the academy's front desk (see « Contact us » below).

The data we collect

• At enrolment: the child's first name, last name, date of birth and sex, their activities and groups; the parents' or guardian's name, address and phone numbers, and their e-mail address if they give it.
• At the academy: attendance, payments and receipts.
• For a parent's access to the family space: their name, their relationship to the child (mother, father or legal guardian, as recorded by the front desk), their mobile number, which is their login, their language and their activation and sign-in dates. The password is stored in an encrypted form that no one can read, academy staff included.
• For the access of a child aged 13 or over: their username, their encrypted password and their sign-in dates.
• For sports progress, only if a parent has agreed: coaches' evaluations, levels, badges, sports test results and comments. No health data: no weight, no height, no medical information.
• Technical data: a session cookie and a « trusted device » cookie, both needed to sign in. We keep neither your IP address nor your device model with your session, and the family space uses no advertising and no audience measurement tool.

Why we use it

• To organise enrolments, groups, sessions and attendance.
• To track payments and issue receipts.
• To reach you about your children, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• To give you access to the family space and protect the accounts.
• With your consent, to follow your child's sports progress and show it to you.

Sports progress and a child's own access rely on a parent's consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The rest is needed for enrolment.

Who can see your data

• Academy staff, according to their role: the front desk and administrators; each coach only for the children of their own groups.
• The family's parents who have an access. They also see the name and status of the family's other accesses, never their numbers.
• A child with their own access, for their own information only: they never see payments, their brothers and sisters, or their parents' names and numbers.
• Our technical providers, only to run the service: the application is hosted by Vercel Inc. on servers in Paris (France), and the database is hosted in Algeria.

We do not sell your data and never show it to another family. Staff never see your password.

How long we keep it

• Sign-in sessions: until they end (at most 90 days for a parent, 30 days for a child, 4 hours on a shared device).
• Trusted devices: 12 months after the last sign-in on the device.
• Activation and new-password links: 30 days after they are used or expire. An invitation never activated is deleted after 90 days.
• An access with no sign-in for 12 months is deleted.
• An access closed by the academy is kept without a password while the family has a child enrolled or one who left less than 24 months ago.
• Sports progress: erased 30 days after consent is withdrawn, and 24 months after the child leaves.
• Proofs of consent: as long as the data they cover exists, then 5 years.
• The log of sensitive actions: 12 months.
• Payments, receipts and attendance: as long as the academy's accounting and legal obligations require.
• Backup copies: 30 days.

Children

Children's data is entrusted to us by their parents or guardian. A child may have their own access from the age of 13, only if a parent creates and allows it; its rules are explained to them in simple words. A parent can delete this access at any time.

Security

• Passwords are encrypted and never disclosed, not even to staff.
• Activation links are personal, single-use, time-limited and confirmed with a date of birth.
• An access is locked after several wrong passwords.
• Staff only reach what their role requires, and sensitive actions are logged.
• « Shared device » and « Sign out other devices » keep you in control of your sessions.

Your rights

Under Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, you may ask to see your data and your children's, to have it corrected or erased, and object to some processing.

You can withdraw your consent to sports progress at any time, in the family space (« Account ») or at the front desk, and close your access. You may also refer a matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

Changes

When this policy changes, its version changes too. If the change affects the family space terms, we ask you to accept them again on your next visit.
